Working Principle
When a fire occurs, the fire extinguishing device is activated after receiving an electrical triggering signal or when an open flame ignites the thermal-sensitive wire. The electrical initiator or thermal initiator activates the aerosol-generating agent inside the device. Through an oxidation reduction reaction, the aerosol-generating agent releases heat, causing the composite cooling agent to decompose, thereby achieving coordinated fire suppression by both the aerosol-generating agent and the composite cooling agent.
Product Advantages
Made of stainless steel with red coating; pressureless storage, maintenance-free, high fire extinguishing efficiency, safe and reliable, environmentally friendly; strong environmental adaptability, suitable for ambient temperatures from –50°C to +90°C (short-term up to +125°C); equipped with 3M adhesive on the back for direct attachment inside enclosures, and can also be reinforced with screws.
Application Scenarios
Communication cabinets, power distribution cabinets, battery swap cabinets, motor vehicle engine compartments, compressors, and other relatively enclosed small spaces for early-stage fire suppression.
Unpacking Inspection
1. During unpacking inspection, check the delivered documents and accessories according to the Packing List.
If any items are missing or damaged, please contact the supplier immediately.
2. Check whether the device is provided with a Product Certificate of Conformity. If the certificate is missing, please contact the distributor as soon as possible.
Do not use the device without this certificate.

Usage and Operation Precautions
1. Before installation, carefully read the User Manual of the thermal aerosol fire extinguishing device. If there are any questions, please consult the company’s technical personnel in time.
2. Installation and commissioning of the thermal aerosol fire extinguishing device must be carried out by professionally trained personnel.
3. After installation, the thermal aerosol fire extinguishing device must not be moved arbitrarily.
4. In case of fire, on-site personnel must evacuate immediately and close doors and windows as much as possible during evacuation.
5. After the expiration of the service life, the user shall contact the supplier for replacement and recycling.
6. After discharge, if the device needs to be removed within a short period, high-temperature protective gloves must be worn to avoid burns.
7. Disassembly is strictly prohibited, whether the device is within or beyond its service life, to prevent accidents.
8.When installed inside a high-voltage electrical cabinet, the thermal aerosol fire extinguishing device must maintain a safe clearance from live electrical parts.
