Invite teachers from Mahaska County and surrounding areas to the Environmental Learning Center to have fun and energize the 2022-23 school year at Mahaska County Conservation’s free nature retreat.
The event will take place on Wednesday, August 10th from 9am to 2pm.Those interested should register by July 29 here: signupgenius.com/go/10C0E4EABAA2EA0FBC34-back.
This will be a great way to experience what your students are doing during their Mahaska County conservation field trip.In addition, teachers can enjoy camaraderie with other teachers, participate in some fun competitions, and learn how they can use MCCB to complement their classrooms this school year.
Those interested do not need to be a science teacher to participate.Work with teachers/support educators at your school and grade level to compete with other schools for bragging rights and trophies worthy of sports in your classroom.
